Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Stompai (including but not limited to TribeView and BellaLingua on Google Play, and Vitality Clock on Garmin Connect IQ), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

• Use the apps only for their intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the apps
• Not use the apps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the apps or servers connected to them

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Stompai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

Any content you create within our apps remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your data. As described in our Privacy Policy, your content stays on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Third-Party Services

Our apps integrate Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google. Your use of our apps is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. These services collect anonymous usage and crash data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app at any time without notice. We may also release updates that change functionality. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stompai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our apps.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
